How to Use Online & Mobile Banking

We’ll help you enroll in our Digital Banking services or, if you’re already registered but can’t seem to get in, how to reset your password or retrieve your username. Once you’re logged into Digital Banking, you can find more instructions for some of our more popular features.
How to enroll in Digital Banking

Click the Login button on www.eastrise.com (or download our mobile app for iOS or Android ), then click Enroll in Digital Banking .

Under Get Started , click Register as an Individual to connect your personal accounts or Register as a Business to connect to your business accounts.

Complete the personal information fields, then click Next .

Select a Delivery Method from the dropdown menu (this is how you will receive an MFA code) and click Request Code . Note: you should NEVER share your MFA code with anyone even if they say they are from EastRise.

Enter the MFA code you received in the Verification Code field and click Next .

Enter a Username and Password and click Enroll .
How to reset your password or retrieve your username

From the login screen, click on “Forgot your username or password ?”

If you have forgotten your password, select “Personal Account ” or “Business Account”, enter your personal information, then click “Reset Password” and follow the prompts.

If you have forgotten your username, select “I dont’ know my username” and then enter either your email address or phone number . Click “Send” to have your username sent to you. Note: Once you receive your username, you can go through the Reset Password process if you have also forgotten your password.
