Election of Directors

Board of Director nominees: A Nominating Committee has been appointed as per bylaws and has nominated three members to fill three vacancies on the Board of Directors. We did not receive any nominations by petition by the February 12 deadline.

Commitment from our Board members

Elected Board members meet monthly with the CEO and Leadership Team and have a broad range of responsibilities to oversee the performance and strategic direction of the credit union. Board members have an opportunity to delve into their individual areas of expertise on additional sub-committees focused on policy, community contributions, environmental concerns, and more.
