Our next Annual Meeting will be Wednesday, April 22, 2026. We’ll have more details as we get closer to Annual Meeting.
Annual Elections

When there are open Board positions, members can have a say on which of their fellow members should serve and help guide our credit union.
Nominees for the Board of Directors
A Nominating Committee has been appointed as per bylaws and has nominated four members to fill four vacancies on the Board of Directors. Additional nominations for the Board of Directors may be made by petition.
How to Nominate by Petition
Members may place their name in nomination, exclusive of the Nominating Committee, by written petition. The petition must contain signatures, printed names, mailing addresses, and email addresses, where available, of at least 500 members. Nominations must be accompanied by a brief statement of qualifications, biographical data, and a signed statement from the nominee that they are agreeable to the nomination and will serve if elected. The petition must be received no later than 5:00 PM on February 16, 2026.
There will be no nominations from the floor at the Annual Meeting and the election will not be conducted by ballot when the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled. Election results will be announced at the Annual Meeting.
EastRise Credit Union bylaws stipulate that members must be at least 18 years of age by the date of appointment to hold elective or appointive office.
