Annual Elections

When there are open Board positions, members can have a say on which of their fellow members should serve and help guide our credit union.

How to Nominate by Petition

Additional nominations for the Board of Directors may be made by petition. Members may place their name in nomination, exclusive of the Nominating Committee, by written petition. The petition must contain signatures, printed names, mailing addresses, and email addresses, where available, of at least 500 members. Nominations must be accompanied by a brief statement of qualifications, biographical data, and a signed statement from the nominee that they are agreeable to the nomination and will serve if elected. The petition must be received no later than 5:00 PM on February 12, 2025.

Elected Board members meet monthly with the CEO and Leadership Team and have a broad range of responsibilities to oversee the performance and strategic direction of the credit union. Board members have an opportunity to delve into their individual areas of expertise on additional sub-committees focused on policy, community contributions, environmental concerns, and more.
