At EastRise, we have a certain way of operating. Everything we do is centered around our purpose: to care for our people and communities. And that begins with our colleagues and team members here at the credit union. We strive to do better for our team members so that we can make a difference for our members.
What our team members are saying
EastRise has been instrumental in my professional development. With the support of the organization and my colleagues, I was able to earn my MBA—an achievement that’s opened doors for continued career growth. Every day, employees here make a meaningful impact by focusing on member satisfaction and helping our community reach their financial goals. What sets EastRise apart is its culture, one that fosters genuine connections between members, leadership, and the community. It’s truly a great place to grow and thrive!

Recognizing our team members
We care about our team members and want to acknowledge everyone’s achievements, both in person and online. In addition to our annual celebration, where we close down for half a day to celebrate and spend time with one another, we also recognize our colleagues more frequently for their daily wins and special milestones like anniversaries and birthdays. Through a platform called Nectar, you can shout out your peers and give them points that can be redeemed for gift cards or as a donation to your favorite nationwide charity.
